I don’t know if I’ve reached the next level of feeling old, but a lot of these movies seem older than 20 years to me. Like I’m surprised at how recent some of them were released.

I was raised in a doomsday "the end of the world is any day now" cult. When the prequel trilogy was announced, my friends and I didn't think we'd get to see the entire trilogy because Armageddon was DEFINITELY happening right around the corner.
The cult is still preaching the same thing today, but now they REALLY mean it this time!
