In the same vein, The Village.

Absolutely hated it the first time I saw it in theatre. Now, after another 2-3 viewings, I enjoy it.

I don't know why but I didn't see what the hype was all about when I watched it the first time. I've seen it on tv like 4 times since and have never skipped it. Hilarious movie.

My experience exactly. I didn't "dislike" it, I just wondered what everyone was so excited about, but it has gotten better with repeat viewings.
