A lot of the ways they end a film can be annoying. I like them for the most part though.

This looks to be about a pagan cult, but I agree that a subtle nod to Hereditary would be cool.
If this film involves human sacrifice, they could draw a parallel to the sacrifice the family in Hereditary had to make.
