I find The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises to be better than Batman Begins. That's not saying anything bad about Batman Begins. I freaking LOVED that movie when it came out. I just like its sequels a little bit more.

What are you? 14? The batman movies were terrible.

All three Batman movies by Nolan were AWESOME! I loved them. Anyone who doesn't obviously loves movies like "From Justin To Kelly"

In any case, just saw MOS. I freaking loved it. Soundtrack was incredible. Fight scenes were on point. I saw a few little hidden things like "Smallville KS" and "Lexicorp" in there. Can't wait for the next one.

This one very much had Nolan's touch on it. The character development was good, just not as good as Batman Begins.

Hey Burt, Gigli is on Oxygen at the moment...

All three films were critically acclaimed and commercially successful. I guess everyone's 14 now.

Just got back from seeing it. I thought it was good and I had a blast. What the critics are saying is kinda unfair to the movie. I've seen critics say, "not enough emotion, and "it's dark." These things are what I don't understand from the critics. What are they expecting from a movie based on a comic about a guy who's planet is blown to pieces? That's like saying LotR sucks because it was magic. Seriously, don't listen to any naysayers and go see the film. It was fun and the only major flaw is that it's a little sluggish. Though I will say it's not complex and for good reason... IT"S FREAKING SUPERMAN!!! He's not a detective and his villains are powerful people, not intellectual masterminds.

just because a movie makes money doesn't make it good. They were all bad. Too many plotholes. It was a waste of money. I wouldn't expect a simple minded updyke to have much knowledge in film anyway.

True enough. That's why I said they were also critically acclaimed.

Batman Begins: RT - 85% (avg. rating 7.7/10)
The Dark Knight: RT - 94% (avg. rating 8.4/10)
The Dark Knight Rises: RT - 87% (avg. rating 8/10)

But yeah. They were all very bad movies.

They weren't all bad. Your just being an over critical douche who likes to embellish things a bit.

I'm well aware of what they were rated. RT doesn't really mean anything. They are wrong a lot and this is one of those times.

I'm sure they're good for a teenager or someone with simple tastes in movies, but I thought the dialogue and storyline were horrendous in all three.

It was pretty fricking awesome after the credits when it showed him flying way above Gotham City, then they panned to his face and he smirked and was gone.

frick! I left because they said DC wouldn't do this shite. He saved Batman from the nuclear bomb. Someone said A YEAR AGO this was a super-spoiler.

Good to hear. Hopefully you have enough trees around to make rope so you can get creative.

It erased Superman Returns from memory... and that's all that matters.

A lot of haters on Watchmen (another Snyder film) because many movie goers are sheep with no taste.

There's a reason why there are 6 fast and furious movies and multiple seasons of Jersey Shore, while shows like Firefly get cancelled in the first season.

I give Superman a 7.5/10.. It's no Avengers or Dark Knight trilogy, but it's the most entertaining adaptation of Supes yet imo

I had never taken the scarecrow or the Joker seriously. IN batman begin it was his origin story so I could see what's up.

However in the Dark Knight...I actually was damn afraid of Joker. The way he treated everything and how he just pretty much mind fricked everyone was what nailed the joker to me.

I always thought he was a weak arse clown, the Dark Knight showed otherwise.

The Dark Knight rises was ok, I went and saw it but the thing that took away from the movie for me was Bane. On paper he was an awesome enemy. However I could barely hear what he was saying through the mask.
