In the fifth season, the flashback Russo's arrival. When Ben steals Alex, the others are still living in camps in the woods and Charles Widmore was still the leader of the others.
Ben instigated the purge and the others moved into the Barracks and kicked Widmore off the island.

season 6 - I wonder if it will reveal anything on Jacob? I dont know what is up with him or why Jacks dad is around. Also how come Richard doesnt get older?

ok, so its in season 5. just curious. Its weird seeing Sawyer and Juliet with eachother and working for Dharma. What a great damn show. I hate that the ride is almost over and I just started this 2 months ago. Never watched before that. I missed out.

This is also sort of "revealed" at the end of Season 5, IMHO. It would appear that there is/has been someone impersonating other people.

Im wondering if Jacob being able to keep Richard ageless, thus doing the will of Jacob on the island is his counter to Essau being able to take on the shape of beings on the island
