I'm out of town for a business meeting. We have a small dinner that starts at 6:30.
I'm hoping we can rush through it and I can get back for 8:00 but that will be tough. How soon do they post the episode on ABC.com? I don't want to wait until Friday night (when I get home) to see this!

That would be cool. Tomorrow night is pretty open so I could watch it in my room. Not as good as tonight, but better than Friday. Picture looks pretty good on a laptop, too!

So I'm watching "Catch-22" from Season 3 and I notice something interesting about this monologue Desmond says to the woman he was supposed to marry:
"I had a few pints too many, maybe, and I raised my eyes and I asked 'Am I doing the right thing?' And that was the last thing I remember. But when I woke up I was lying on my back in the street, and I dunno how I got there, and there was this man standing over me, Ruth. And he reached out his hand and he said to me, 'Can I help you, brother?' And the first thing I noticed was the robe tied round his waist, and I looked at him and I knew, I knew I was supposed to go with him. I was supposed to leave everything that mattered behind. Sacrifice all of it for a greater calling."
Would be kind of neat if it turned out that man, who we never see, had been Jacob. I just thought it was a nice little titbit regardless.

Ah, cut him some slack. he's just really passionate about this particular TV show. I take no offense at his insults, but I hold fast that whatever I posted was a wild arse guess and if it was some kind of spoiler (I don't know how it could be) I honestly apologize.
