Great action scenes this season but the overall story was all over the place. Did they really need the helicopter pilot to get to her father?

Just finished, thought season 1 was better, better lioness, more tense, but less boobs.

Yeah I think the 3-4 large action scenes were probably the best thing the show has given us but outside of that, season 2 was not as good as 1. The Lioness story was just much better in 1. In 2 it was like they wanted a Sicario/border fight show and halfway through forgot it was called Lioness and had to figure out how to involve that entire idea.

100%. I still enjoyed the season for what it is, but it did feel like they leaned heavily into “bad boss bitch” mode, across the board tbh, where it felt more measured in season 1.
