Not sure why you get a downvote just for quoting cannon. There’s a Clone Wars episode that goes well into crystal lore.

Dark saber bro. I'd have to look it up but I think that was created by the mandalorians

Yup. They explain it in Clone Wars, but way back when the Mandalorians and Jedi fought (WAY before the events of the prequels), they attempted to replicate a light saber. The darksaber was the only one that worked; and is the only non-Force crafted light saber.

Personally, I was a fan of the silver one that the EU villain carried in The Crystal Star, but since Disney is going to be a bunch of bitches about it, I'd say Blue.

I used orange in Jedi: Fallen Order, so I guess my lightsaber color is orange. Green is my favorite color, but green lightsabers look awful.

Blue between those two, but Cyan would be my preference.

Ahsoka Tano got her current lightsabers when she reclaimed kyber crystals from Vader's inquisitors who were hunting down jedi. Those crystals were red and she healed them with the force, stopped the bleeding, made them white and built her new lightsabers around them.

In canon, I'm all about some white.

When just in it for color, purple is my jam.

The yellow/green short bladed saber of Ahsoka's is bad arse.

Indigo and Cyan bring a killer contrast to the bright white center. Can't decide between the two, but both are very slick

Not quite. They explain it in Rebels. During the Old Republic there was a Mandalorian Jedi named Tar Vizla who created it. When he died, it was passed down through the generations to the leader of Mandalore.

In canon they're called Shoto blades, in case you were curious.

My bad; for some reason, I was sure it was crafted by non-Jedi.
