Now anytime I watch Kevin James in something he is Doug, no matter what character he is supposed to be.

They basically played Doug and Karry in their new sitcom that got cancelled but they just didn’t have a good supporting cast.

They basically played Doug and Karry in their new sitcom that got cancelled but they just didn’t have a good supporting cast.
I also think the writing was not nearly as good in the new show either.

A couple of my favorites:
Doug and Arthur get Carrie drunk every night on margaritas because she is nicer when she's drunk and gives them permission to do things she would normally not.
Doug talks Carrie into a bargain eye surgery Doctor and she goes temporarily blind. Arthur speaks very loudly to her because he thinks she can't hear either.

Ive probably only seen about 70% of the episodes but it def makes me laugh. The crossover episodes with Everybody Loves Raymond were great.

I really couldn’t say what my favorite episode was. One of these two I guess:
- The one when Holly moved in because she got kicked out of her apartment. And Carrie had a big work report that kept her in the spare room. So Holly would cook Doug all this good food downstairs to repay him and Carrie would always call him upstairs for sex when the report stressed her out. Also has my favorite exchange of the series:
Doug: Arthur, why don’t you come up here man. You know I can’t start my day without my two scoops of Artie
Arthur: I don’t know what that means, but it sounds terrifying.
I also like the Thanksgiving episide where Ron Swanson plays a one-eyed man they leave outside in a snowstorm while they all eat.

When Arthur dresses up in Doug’s work clothes and orders Chinese food. Steals the change off the dresser. Then falls asleep in their bed and wakes up with his hand in spilled soup.
Also when Arthur gets addicted to nasal spray. Makes sure everyone is gone. Dims all the lights, takes a hit and sinks into the couch.
