Never been a fan boy, but realized the inportance of the original 3. Never understood the infatuation with anything out out afterwards.
Except for when the first new ones started coming out. I can see people excited that maybe theyd capture it again. But when they didnt, it should have died fast.
Same with super hero movies. They made a few that were good. Now it feels like they force every hero that ever existed into a movie to make a buck and people go bananas over these "blockbusters" that really arent that good. But people want to believe they can keep the genre alive because they want it to be good so badly.
