Pitt and Redford is a pretty close comparison but Redford was able to handle the bigger roles earlier on than Pitt.
I really don't like the Nicholson/ DiCaprio comparison;. A quick thought is DiCaprio could be better compared to Michael Douglas or even Kevin Costner.
