Assuming most or all of the actors (they got some pretty big names to do this) are left wing, for the most part, I think they are portraying Clinton as fairly devious and like his nickname Slick Willie. Yeah, they've taken swings at Kavanaugh and Starr (of course) but it's not too biased when it comes to the Clintons. Why?
My guess is this would not have been made if Hillary had won OR if the Clintons were relevant anymore. Hollywood appears to have moved on from them.

They've really put on the full court press to make Bill look like he was playing the victim.
If the real GJ with Monica played out the way they showed in this week's episode, she really won them over.
