I just don'y appreciate them like I should. I feel weird knowing I haven't seen 90% of the best out there.

Give me 10 must see movies. I promise I haven't seen most

Casablanca
City Lights
Seven Samurai
Godfather 1 & 2
The French Connection
The Wild Bunch
Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail
The Searchers
Alien
The Sting

That's off the top of my head. Maybe a good start, maybe not. I tried to hit a few genres and a few decade defining films.

You've seen Star Wars right? Holy Grail?

There's no group of 5 films more vastly different That's a good sign. Maybe your tastes are eclectic.

Naaaa. People are late bloomers. My parents had horrible taste in music, so it took me a long time before I actually liked and enjoyed the Beatles. Or even knew who they were. I wasn't 32, but I was right over 20.

Just take our advice and get watching. And keep an open mind, especially when it comes to classic film. It just depends. Sometimes it's better to be older and see a film for the first time. A 14 year-old may not enjoy or see the excitement in Casablanca.
