I can't find House Of Cards Season 2 on Netflix! Help!

I see a picture that says 'new episodes' but when I click on it it goes to season 1. When I do a search it just gives season 1 and then a recap of season 1 that is about 3 minutes. I can't find season 2 anywhere!

Netflix crashed last night (at least for me on Roku) and has been having issues since.
