article about end of episode 4

This article says everything I have felt about how the Walking Dead has degenerated. I especially like how the writer points out why the garbage people forgot how to speak English when it has only been 2 years since the apocalypse, haha.

The premiere episode of the show was honestly the best hour of television I had ever seen....it was amazing...now it's almost laughable...plot holes, forced LGBT romance subplots, annoying retrospect episodes..and yet I keep watching...joke's on me I guess

This one day shite over the 5 episodes is killing the series. Damn I need to finish out though, so much time invested.

Imo, it has always been pretty much a "B" level series. The first season was consistently good and definitely worthy of hooking people in. It probably helps that it was short. After that it has always been pretty hit and miss with really bad lulls, questionable acting, and the occasional really fun high points. At this point there have only been 2 good episodes in the last 2 seasons. This is the worst lull of the series, but it isn't the first. I guess the difference is now they are fricking up the episodes that are supposed to be the high points when in the past they generally did a pretty decent job of hitting them. There's so much convoluted bullshite going on right now.

The first season was really the only one that i would say was produced at a high level. Every season since it seems like they have cared more about making awesome looking zombies than producing a good show. The writing,acting,dialogue has always been very poor. The action for the most part has been decent except for the most recent season long war saga.

We were talking about this earlier. If the battle doesn't end tonight, then I will just want Rick to drop an A bomb, hope that Daryl survives and rides into the sunset on a sweet bike.

I still can't get over the number of people who think this is all supposed to get resolved in a way that is personally satisfying to them.

It's a fun show. If you have any deeper expectation that the show is going to give you everything you want, then you deserve to be pissed about it. If you are, just quit watching.
