I thought it was peculiar that Varys left just before Meereen was attacked by The Masters.
Recall that Varys himself is a Targ loyalist, even in the books - not so much to Aerys, but the children and grandchildren, for sure - which is why he'll be invaluable when R+L=J is widely revealed (IMHO). I think he is leaving and returning to KL to realign the show to the epilogue of ADWD. However, it may be as simple coordinating with Dorne (largely dismissive of what we consider the key Dorne storylines in the book - at this point, it is almost 100% unrecognizable) - however "Dorne" is defined in the show and he can do this on his way back to KL.
Either way, I don't think Varys has any love for the masters. I think he's broadly pro-Targ all the way, and pro-Dany in the show.

I originally heard Anja Buckstein as a possibility, but she ended up as Kinvara (Mereen Red Witch).
Lately, I'm hearing Ozge Gurel.
ETA: Do casting leaks count if they don't spoil a plot element?

Who do ya'll think sent the white Raven to Winterfell?
Could Sam have gotten to the Citadel already?

so to those bitching about a lot of things happening off camera this season, the battle of the bastards fight cost $10 million and took 25 days to shoot.
Thats a fricking movie.
eta: and that is JUST for the battle scene, not the whole episode.
I imagine the dragon scene cost a ton as well.

Not quite sure you get what they say when they say no leaks.

Tell me they're not made for each other.

Someone from the Citadel. One of the Archmaesters. However, because Sam is the POV character for this,

You know they landed at Oldtown and he ran her up the road originally to drop her off at home. It's not that far. If the LF/Knights of the Vale/Iron Fleet can teleport, then it shouldn't take Sam and Gilly more than a few days to make a trip of a few days.

Anyone thinks Sam runs in to the faceless man playing pate the pigboy

Unfortunately no. I doubt they include that sequence in the show.
Interesting subplot in the books though for sure

If so, then he plays a huge part in the story or else he would have been cut from the show.
Random question about this situation:
This faceless man killed Pate but likely not to serve the many-faced god (his end-game was getting the key). So, is this FM off the range, so to speak? (Since it is possible it is Jaqen, then this would not be the case). Or does the house of Black and White have a longer contract for someone else they would expect to find at the Citadel?

Any guesses to the Bran scene next week? It almost has to be ToJ right- I mean that's one hell of a cliff hanger to end the season on for the Hodors
Final scene switches to a POV shot from the crying baby's perspective. #whoisit

Faceless men I believe have some sort of endgame I'm not sure what it is yet, but it isn't just to serve the many faced God.

I don't see them passing the wall without Bran going through first. Unless the horn is out there.
Anyone know if that mark from The night king lasts forever?

It imprinted on Brans arm like a tattoo.
