some other thoughts:
How did Sansa find out her family was dead? My guess is shithead Joffrey went in there and bragged about it.
What did Cersei mean when she said she was NOT marrying Loras? She was pretty confident.
Did anybody else feel kinda happy for Jamie that he was home and found Cersei? I can't believe it but I actually like him now.
Bran being so intent on going beyond is just stupid at this point. Sam just flat out told him he saw the whitewalkers. Sam told him Jon is not there. Bran saw Jon for himself and knows Sam isn't lying. It just makes zero sense for these kids to be chasing stupid crows/ravens/whatever.

Because that's what the other magic guy told him he has to do. It's what his foretelling magic tells him he has to do, so he figures it's the best thing for him + the world.
maybe 3 eyed crows feathers work like phoenix downs or something.

Bran only wants to go beyond the wall because he has a dream about some 3 eyed raven/crow and that other warg boy told him he has to go.
Hodor probably grew up at Winterfell and has been a stable boy or something really simple all of his life. Then when Bran got hurt, I guesss Hodor became his legs.

And for those not happy with the cliffhangers, lets talk about Jon, Jaime, Arya, Stannis, etc.. Yeah, Dany of Nazerath was weak but let's not forget about all the other story lines.
