Other than that, did anyone else find it odd that we went from seeing Grey Worm/Jorah/pretty boy completely surrounded to seeing them return with a victory? I felt like something was missing there.
They were surrounded by slave warriors. I may have missed her telling Jorah what to do earlier in the episode, but based on his/Daeny's conversation afterwards, she wanted him to make an offer to the slaves regarding freedom. He apparently did make that offer once surrounded, and they joined them. So those three were surrounded, but there was no fight.

There's no way, in my opinion, the lannisters maintain power through the end of the series. Every person in that family is a villan, except tyrion.
I'm pretty sure daeny will take over.
Didnt they announce season 7 will be the end?
That's a long arse way away. After tonight there's gonna have to be a whole new family of characters added

Finally got to watching this episode and I've been like this for the past hour
Time for some retarded questions:
1)How did Tywin have a hand in this? This just wasn't Frey fricking Robb's world up for breaking his promise?
2)What happened to Edmure? Are we left to presume he gets his off screen?

I Kept out all season long, but lurked for amusement. I speak tonight with olive branch extended-first:
Noone speaks for the readers. I do indeed give a frick where I'm wanted and not, and for obvious reasons. Second-
I sympathize w readers wanting to share in the shock and/ or misery after TRW, I expected - we would all be united in that, as all readers are by default fans of the show - We have been waiting - a long time- for this ep to air to finally share in it without fear of spoiling, and having a bit of discussion with fresh faces, instead of the same old circle jerkers whackin off on dead horses...long dead horses...ok that's where the REAL fun is, but...
it was almost as painful to watch tonight as it was to read years ago, and the show's delivery was still Mostly centered: The heartbreak of Arya being so close to re-uniting with Cat and Robb was just overwhelming. kudos to the show for trying, at least, to drive that missed opportunity home (the Hound's "fear" speech before they arrived at the Twins) the foreshadowing was there, in both book and show, in retrospect, by my personal blind anticipation of a Stark mini re-union dodged it.
I look forward to more of your reactions...It's like watching a rite of passage...initiation. It hurts now, but savor in the fact that a story can get you so involved...I absolutely threw my book across the room.
I was especially horrified (for you guys) by the Hound's comment last week (strike that, last week was broke back candelabra) when he said:
"If we hurry, we might make it in time for your uncle's bloody wedding"
I palm slapped and thought, Awwww man, why?!!!?
But it looks like that went by unnoticed by most. Thank The gods. I thought it was ballsy, myself.
So, that's it, I leave yall to it.
Before I go, a warning- there is plenty left to be spoiled. TRW was huge, but far from your last WTF, and I am now The Devil you know...
Y'all have indeed been infiltrated by pathetic praise mongers posing as non-readers -insecure to the extent that these opportunists post in your threads to manipulate, to seem to have "just saw it coming" or "figured it out" when its so friggin obvious they've read. Sure, it's possible to pick up on stuff...and some have, for sure...but not as I've seen recently.
I cannot imagine anything more repugnant. Honestly.
To these sad souls - Do everyone a favor and disappear forever from non reader threads- stay the hell out. Let em enjoy this on their own terms. They don't need you pseudo acumen. And noone is impressed.
Have some fricking decency.

-Lord Bolton freed Jamie w/o talking to Robb, and asked Jamie to make sure Tywin knows he was shown mercy by Bolton, etc.
-Bolton leaves to head to the wedding
-The band plays the Lannister song before the slaughter
-Bolton tells Robb "The Lannisters send their regards"
So, we don't know the details but have to assume Bolton and Tywin made a deal.

I wonder this too. Seems mighty suspicious that his uncle Tully left Catelyn's table to go piss when Bolton showed up and we don't see him fighting or being killed later.

I think Bolton is gonna be the next player in the game and here's why.
I am going to assume that Ramsay is Bolton's son. I am beginning to doubt it because now i have no clue what Ramsay's motivation for torturing Theon is (since vengeance for betraying Robb probably isn't it) but I think it might just be because the Boltons are fricked up. So if Lord Bolton is Ramsay's father then he knows Bran and Rickon are alive. But he didn't tell the Starks (because he killed them) and more interestingly, he hasn't told the Lannisters. The Lannisters think they have the North now that Tyrion is married to Sansa and Robb is dead. But Bolton knows they're alive somewhere. Beyond that, I have no clue what he's gonna do. Maybe he'll be able to convince the Lannisters he's still with them and while they focus all of their resources on finishing Stannis, he'll team up with the Freys and whatever Stark Bannermen he can hold onto to continue with Robb's plan of taking Casterly Rock. That's what I'd do anyway. I don't know but whatever happens, I expect Bolton will be a big player.
