From what I remember.
- The mad King was being a cruel a-hole
- R + L happens
- Brandon (and his father?) flip out and go to KL to seek redress
- Mad King has them killed
- Ned and Robert freak and are summoned to KL
- Rebellion starts in full
blaming R+L for everything in that sequence is ridiculous. Especially when you include all the Mad King's bullshite that turned so many against him.
Either way I don't think Henry has any actual desire to have a real discussion about this. He already hates R + L and is going to be miserable about it no matter what.

I'd at least sleep on it before declaring it a Top 5. Hell of a good episode, but I wouldn't call it a Top 5. I think you'd at least say the same when Joffrey died.

Jon coming back is one of the biggest things in the series. It's something we've all been wanting to know since ADWD came out. I don't think she's being unreasonable.

FWIW, I know HJJ in real life and he really doesn't care for the whole Jon Snow revival bit. And hasn't for awhile. He has read the books and we've had our fair share of lively discussions over it. I've been giving him shite since he finished the books about his disdain over it.
I definitely don't agree with him, but I can definitely vouch that he's not trolling anyone.

But there are 6 seasons. Let's just see where this episode takes us. I loved this episode, it was great, but I'd want to sit on it for the night before declaring it one of the Top 5. They've set a very high bar.

Next episode is ToJ...and purists will probably bitch about how it wasn't verbatim to the books or how they didn't picture Arthur Dayne looking like the actor. Hell, a few fans were already complaining about the Kingsguard armor.

So here is my big theory why they havnt released who is cast as Lyanna stark. It is because the person playing her is going to be the girl who plays Meera Reed confirming her and Jon are twins.

People are going to bitch about everything on this kind of show. Adapting a show from a book is always going to divide people. People picture things differently from reading the books. Personally I love the direction except for Dorne (which sucked anyway). And the Danny stuff is going kinda slow. I expect then to focus on her much more in the upcoming episodes.
