The facial features are the same. Her hair is just clinging to the flesh in an odd spot where it was peeled off. And the hair is blonde.

For some reason, I was really kinda bothered about Blackfish not leaving under the porticullis. It's one of the last parts of the books that they haven't really covered. Just woulda liked to see it happen.
I think you could also see the disappointment in Jaime's face. I don't think he ever wanted the Blackfish to die.

Stahp. The features are clearly the Waif's, look at the eyebrows, the nose, and the lips.
The hair is just "hanging" where she cut her face from the rest of the head/scalp.
ETA: And when you zoom in to what you posted its clearly lighter hair.

The Blackfish's end was poorly written, IMO. Rest of the episode was solid- Jaime is at Good Guy Jaime level, just needs to drop Cersei.
