I think the Lannisters wanted to keep control of Sansa in order to produce an heir with Stark and Lannister blood, which would have the backing from the northerners. That heir would eventually become Ward of the North. Just a guess though?

Sansa was already married to Tyrion by the events of the RW.

Tywinn wanted Tyrion to consummate the marriage to give Castle rock an heir

I'm starting to think you're a pretty good troll. The subtle misspellings of names is giving you away

cool, one of the river lord's daughters will do, alignment with house Lannister...what could be better reason for the River Lord and the Lannisters than that? They both hated the starks

So he'd have to pay for another wedding when he is already broke?
Plus leaving Sansa in KL, keeps the door open for LF killing Joffery and taking Sansa, and for the trial of Tyrion.
If she goes to Lord Frey, she's never heard from again.

Tywin wanted Robb and Catlyn dead to eliminate a threat, not just to be an evil bastard. Sansa was not a threat.

shea had the necklace, because wasn't she one of LF's whores anyway? She could have been getting coached by LF all this time.
see, even better. I should write.

Gendry is a better candidate to be the "black-haired bird"

Robert never acknowledged him...because he didn't know about him. And gentry did have some unnamed Lord financing him
I ran across this quote:
quote:
The Targaryens wed brothers and sisters for three hundred years to keep bloodlines pure. Jaime and I are more than brother and sister: we shared a womb, came into this world together, we belong together."
?Cersei Lannister to Ned Stark
Gendry was in the way of their "pure bloodline", so they faked "black bird"s death to pave the way for Joffrey.

Joffrey didn't exist yet.

we don't know when. She could have been pregnant or something when they decided to move....or just that he wasn't pure so they had to get rid of him..(but she doesn't have it in her to kill him)
again, it could be nothing, but just seems weird....what's the point of Gendry surviving...(other bastards were slaughtered) and his age being greater than Joffrey seems to fit.
Just stuck on that black beauty line like it's supposed to mean something.

The blackness of the child's hair did serve a purpose. It provided a contrast between children of Robert and children of Jaime. It was another piece of the puzzle Ned used to figure out Joffrey wasn't of Robert

The two questions that need to be asked in regards to Jon's parentage are:
1. Do you believe Ned did/would sleep with someone other than Cat?
2. If the answer to 1 is "no" then you have to ask yourself who is Jon's real father/mother why Ned would agree to take him as his own even at the risk of alienating Cat.
IMO he would never take one of Robert or Cersie's children even if they asked/commanded him to.
