It is interesting to see the ambitious rise of house Tyrell. They were not involved in any of the intermarriages of the main houses. They had little role after their defeat in the Rebellion. Yet maintain the oldest city(and biggest?) in Westeros(Yet we hear so little of it).
Now the Tyrells will really start to shape the destiny of the Iron Throne. I'm curious to see how it plays out on TV.
But in the books, they have replaced the Lannister's as the top power.
