It comes out on HBO a week early. That's how you got it. I just wait until it comes on TV, though I'll certainly check out the final episode a week early.

The copy you downloaded came off of HBO Go in Europe, which is getting episodes a week early for some reason. This is the first showing actually on HBO.

Agreed. I didn't like her at all as Cersei last season, but she's done a good job with the two episodes this season.
To answer you both about ordering the killings, it was Cersei that ordered them in the books, not Joffery.
