But seriously, the story has severely suffered from lack of source material. Essentially nothing happened this season until the last episode, and that was a cop out.

Howland could always show up, I just don't see it happening on the show.
The rest is also just your opinion. You really have no idea.

John will be the second dragon rider the question is who will be the third. Possibly Tyrion.

I'll take you up on that bet that he does not show up in the currently timeline of the show, if you are serious.
But my original response to you was about the fact that you were answering the OP based off of events that only happened in the books, and not on the show. Nothing on the show has hinted to the valonqar, glass lamps, or a maester/dragon conspiracy.

Now that you've put a spoilers warning in the subject, I'll answer your questions based on the season leaks so far.
Last warning for spoilers.

He will find several things according to the leaks. He will find a cure for Jorah's greyscale, he will find proof of Jon's parentage, and he will figure out how to make Valyrian steel.
Most definitely. There have already been set leaks with him welding a war hammer, saving Tyrion and Davos.
He'll make it to Winterfell a couple episodes in. Jon may not be there when he arrives (Jon sets out to Dragonstone to meet with Dany), but Sansa and Arya will be. Then him and Sam set out to convince Jon and others (probably Dany and Tyrion) about Jon's parentage based on his vision and the proof that Sam finds at the Citadel.
The spoilers seem to suggest that she will survive season 7, and still be on the iron throne at the end of the year. Jon convinces everyone of the White Walker threat, and Cersei promises him that she'll send the Lannister army to support him. But later tells Jamie that she isn't going to because she wants to see the White Walkers kill all of her enemies. Jamie evidently doesn't care for that answer, so he takes it upon himself to march to help Jon (not sure if he will have the Lannister army with him or not).
He will definitely join up with Cersei.
The Night King will kill one of the dragons, and raise it as a wight dragon. He will use it to break through the wall (probably by melting it or something).
At first I didn't put much faith in the leaked season spoilers, but has more and more set leaks have come out, they are proving the season leaks to be true.

1. What exactly do you think Sam will find at the Citadel that will help Jon Snow battle the white walkers? That has to be the reason he is there right?
He will find several things according to the leaks. He will find a cure for Jorah's greyscale, he will find proof of Jon's parentage, and he will figure out how to make Valyrian steel.

2. Will Gendry have any impact on the story line or will he just keep rowing out to sea?
Most definitely. There have already been set leaks with him welding a war hammer, saving Tyrion and Davos.

3. At what point does Bran meet up with Jon and Sansa? How does he break the news to Jon that he is a Targeryn? And how do they get everyone else to believe it? I just can't see Dani taking his word.

4. What happens with Cersei? I just don't see her dying in season 7. I kind of hope she escapes and joins up with the whites.

5. Euron Greyjoy. Does he make it to Kings Landing before Dani? Joins forces with Cersei.
He will definitely join up with Cersei.

I'm going to skip the spoilers this year, so I'm out.

Bamatab, thanks for sharing. The leak about Jon getting help from Cersei doesn't seem likely. He know that she is responsible for a lot of his families grief. The other stuff sounds pretty legit.

I definitely have no clue how they're going to end it/tie up the storylines in 13 episodes, especially if characters like Cersei and Littlefinger don't bite the dust sooner than later.

Keep in mind that Jon is desperate to get as many people to join his fight against the White Walkers as he can. I think of all people in Game of Thrones, Jon is the one person who could put his personal feelings aside for the greater good. So it wouldn't shock me if he tried to gain the Lannister army to help him in the War to Come.

I'll be really disappointed if they're really going for a fan-pleasing good vs evil ordeal.
