Ok, so the King's wife is sexing it with her own brother? And her brother pushed the kid out of the window because the kid would tell his dad and then they would know that the Queen's brother isn't really her brother?

Damn, now many episodes in the season.... kinda surprised they got the Bran's fall already.
Though now I think of it...not really. Not really that much of significance happens before.

Did the Other's make an appearance? Or were they (the director/folks making this) shooting for an ease into the world.

Wow. I only watched this after reading a thread about it on here. I've never heard about, or read, the book.

I'm interested to hear what the people thought who haven't read the books. I loved it, the only scene I wasn't happy with was the drogo dany scene at the end. I'll have my in depth review tomorrow.

They were the first thing in the episode. Just like in the book
Thought the premier was great, ended exactly where I thought it was going to as well. Really looking forward to the rest of the season. I'm glad they made sure Rob and Jon don't look like the 14 year olds they are in the book, made it to unrealistic for me when I was reading it and trying to imagine what they were doing.

In the book it was more sensual and loving on his part, but I didn't really expect them to go that in depth with a love scene. I'm sure they'll be able to express the relationship that grows between them in other ways.
