Out of everything listed so far, the scene in the Principal's office in Porky's is the only one that made me laugh (just from reading the post).

The Annie Hall scene with Christopher Walken by far. Woody Allen's character is boxed in by the Nazi type family. Psycho Walken is Annie's insane brother. Walken's character tells Woody that he has a desire to crash into oncoming headlight traffic. Of course right after this proclamation he has to drive drive Annie and Woody to the airport on a two way road at night. Nothing else is even close. This is truly a genius comedic scene. Porky's.. eat my arse.

There is only one time when I've fallen OUT of my seat at a theater.
In Office Space, when this guy:
