i often wonder how much better this show would have been IF HBO would have picked it up instead of NBC letting it go to DirectTV.

If HBO had produced it; it would be a Box-set essential.
Great...surprisingly great TV show. Best married couple in the history of television.
If they had done the College Years like 90210 and Saved by the Bell - I would have watched. Coach, babe wife, Julie off at some U and their crazy escapades. That would be an easy watch.
