He's just confirming the cast. I don't believe filming has started just yet. Hopefully, he announces some new names we haven't heard about yet

Ah I get it now, I didn't understand all the gifs yesterday but looks like he started with the old main cast
While we're at it, I'm calling my shot that I think the villain will be Hugo Strange. Just from what he said about not having used him before in film, etc.

I think it's about the Dent family. We've never seen Gilda or Chris Dent before. I would've preferred Hugo Strange, Scarecrow or Professor Pyg. I think Pyg could work really well in live action.

Maybe the Dent family is in the court of owls? I know that group was speculated a lot but I don’t know its backstory

I wish we would get Burton’s third Batman. The 89 film and Returns are among the most visually stunning and unique superhero films I’ve ever seen. The world-building in those movies with no CGI was one phenomenal .
