Ok..why would she automatically go to the washing machine and remove the panel? What did she see to make her suspicious?

Was thinking the same. This and the buckshot are the only "stretches" I've noticed so far in the series. I found it odd they didn't treat Lester's buckshot wound when he was admitted to the hospital after the murders.

She didn't see the hammer in the washing machine did she? I'm guessing since she didn't remove it that she doesn't know it's there

From the previews for next week, looks like some dominoes are finally going to fall pretty rapidly...should be interesting

I wonder if there will be more seasons or is this just a one time thing?

I've heard it will be an anthology series if picked up for more seasons.

So who's left standing after the season finale? Lester is a gone pecan, and I have a bad feeling about Hanks.

And who wins the confrontation between Malvo and the two brothers? He's preyed on sheep up until now. How will he far against fellow wolves?

As well as it's doing I can see it staying around 3 or 4 more seasons.

So it seemed that Malvo was listening to both a police scanner and a walkie talkie when approached by Perkins' neighbor, where was the other walkie talkie?

They also have some pull with the police department, at least with the officer who gave them the info on Malvo...

I'm thinking he may use it as some sort of blackmail on Gus since his daughter is always on the police radio/walkie talkie.

Lester said something about not hearing an intruder because the washer was on the spin cycle, but she saw it wasn't hooked up, or wasn't hooked up correctly.

Ah, I didn't realize he had said that earlier, thanks.

Yeah obviously he wants to stay a step ahead of Perkins, I didn't think about his daughter using the walkie talkie to talk to him while he got pulled over in Lester's car.

I'm assuming she didn't see the hammer...

Lester removed the hammer the night he went to go stay at his brothers.

That same night he was staying in his nephew's room and started looking around in the closet. He found a jar of urine.

When the Sheriff came over the night Lester killed his wife, the sheriff asked where she was and Lester said she was at his brother's house.

I'm calling my shot. Lester gets away clean because Malvo killed Hess on his own without Lester asking or paying him, Malvo killed the sheriff (Molly now knows Lester didn't pull the trigger because he couldn't have been hit by buckshot that went through the sheriff and be the killer), and he gets away with killing his wife by framing his brother. He resents his brother and I think he hid the hammer there.

Damn, there's so much of the first couple of episodes I've forgotten already...I'm used to watching shows on Netflix for hours at a time so I don't have much time to forget in between

Interesting angle on framing the brother, I was figuring the police would put Lester's wife's murder on Malvo as well but I had forgotten Lester saying she was at his brother's (as well as forgetting about him removing the hammer). I'm sure Lester would be fine with them pinning everything on Malvo and then him dying along with the two thugs in a fight against each other. Thanks for the clarifications and insight.

Great stuff here guys. Can't wait to see what happens. Malvi is such an interesting character. I'm intrigued by the Grimly, neighbor, and neighbors wife angle.
