Face/Off duped me into thinking Castor Troy is the most evil villain in history SEVERAL times.
To be fair, he did murder his rivals child by shooting a bullet through him and into the kids head and then frick his wife.

You guys are killing me.
I grew up in Las Vegas, so you'll never get me to admit that Con Air isn't the best movie ever made. I was all ready to push the issue with Cage's accent, the dude in a dress that Cage slaps, the fact the screenwriter made an Academy Award nominee hold a gun to the head of a stuffed rabbit, the fact the feel good climax is when the child rapist is free and gambling at the end...
Look, at least let me have that the only reason they switched faces is as a deus ex machina to validate the title of the movie. Just let me have that.

You've got the Cyrus Virus bro.
In Face/Off when Nick Cage/Archer is hanging off the side of the boat thrashing about clutching the chains did anyone else get the feeling that he was like "j/k, 1979 high school ski champion" when he suddenly rises to his feet on the water?

then frick his wife.
The wife knew and the wife didn't care.

I think of myself as more of a Pinball wizard.
Thinking about Face/Off, though, the period in the late 90's where John Woo was huge had to be a great time to be a supplier of doves to Hollywood productions.

Yet again if you haven’t listened to the HDTGM podcast of this movie, do yourself a favor and do so.

It was so Travolta could go under cover as Cage to talk to his brother and get the date and time of the planned bombing.
Not only did they swap faces, but they were somehow able to adopt each other's physiques.
