in.

the first one came out around the same time as john wick, and i know i'm in the minority here, but as a pure action movie i preferred the equalizer.

He kills at least 10 people in the trailer alone.

Honestly, I didn't know they were doing a second one. I greatly enjoyed the first one.

2018 is shaping up real nice.

The first one was stupid and boring.

Denzel is actually aging into the role pretty well. I think this could come back to TV if Denzel wanted to do something on HBO/Netflix/Amazon. The films are big spectacles, but a series could do a lot more character development and tell more complicated, threaded stories.

The original Equalizer was ahead of its time with that kind of stuff in an quasi-episodic/quasi-threaded format back then.

I wanted them to get into the Russian tattoos. A series could really do that.
