Enough complaining - What I liked about GoT

When Ned Stark was killed, it threw everything into chaos. We were all hooked at that point to see what happened to the characters.
I liked how no character was safe / ala The Walking Dead.
I liked that true heros and villians were developed and a lot of times the heros did not win.
For me, the best part was that GoT was a different world. That puts it above shows like Breaking Bad and the Sopranos. I get tired of the reality based crime dramas. It is nice to be transported to an entirely different world and a different time, where the imagination is endless.
It kind of sucks that we don't have another really good fantasy fiction work to follow. I'm also surprised that no other network had anything lined up to inherit the GoT crowd's interest.

No.

The absolute best part of GOT was always the setting and character interactions
In that sense it’s a hard story to end because unless those characters all die, were fine seeing them go on forever in this world.
That being said there was a lot I didn’t like about the ending and it was rushed.

So you liked seasons 1-5
That was a great show. People don't get that pissed off about a show if they didn't like it in the first place.

Why is this thread anchored?
FFS, it's a different take on the 100 other GoT threads. Instead of bitching about the show, a time for review on what you liked about it.
Geez.

Sadly this pretty much sums up this shitty season. Went from one of Tgoat series to being compared to the Walking Dead
