Well I certainly was impressed in a way I guess. I’ve never gone from having an actor come on screen and be pumped-hey it’s Matt Damon awesome! To having not only hate for the character but have that spill over a bit to the actor as well in the span of about 30 minutes
Quite possibly the best performance of the most hateable sniveling worm of a character I’ve ever seen. I can’t look at Damon the same way after that

Matt Damon is one of the biggest movie stars in the world while Gerard Butler (who I generally like) has been doing straight to Fubo level films for a decade

CSB - one of my best friends sons was a PA on the film. Was in school with Christopher Nolan's son for years. Said it was an epic shoot but under a strict NDA to reveal too much. Flew on chartered 787 between locations. I think they had just about every IMAX camera in the world leased.
