Kevin Smith recently got the rights back from Harvey Weinstein and is doing an anniversary rerelease before making it available to purchase and stream legally again.

i loved that movie. i still love that he went and picketed the movie with people pissed off about it and they didn't know it was him - was even interviewed on the news about it
