I received an advertisement in the mail today that is offering Dish TV for about 25 dollars less per month than I am currently paying for the same programming. I am assumming there are multiple companies that contract Dish Network out and they compete with one another? This company is called Frontier Satellite. Is there any downside to switching Dish Network companies?

Really? I ordered Gameplan 2 weeks ago and told DirecTV 3 times it was for the weekend only and got her to repeat that for the taping they do.

Of course they billed me for the entire season and "I can't cancel it now because it is after the deadline". After talking to two representatives who agreed that they screwed up but could do nothing I got one who is referring the case to higher ups and "they will let you know their decision".

Unacceptable. I will be on Dish TV shortly regardless of how this plays out. Cable is not an option where I live.

How many times have you called in? Go to cancel and they will take it off.

DirecTV has an outstanding product. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. It is inexcusable how bad they are.
