Community has been my background noise to go to sleep the past week because of this thread and the Law and Order episode came on and I kept laughing while trying to sleep. Such a good episode and this was the first time I got The Wire reference from Michael K Williams in the episode.

Love that they used the real law and order sound and the nbc connection of that whole thing

Hot take: Season 4 was better than season 5 and 6. Elroy was a solid character but Frankie was pointless.

Better than Season 5? Are you on Coke, Dennis?....... Need I remind you that Season 5 had Repilot, Nic Cage, arse Crack Bandit, Hot Lava, Meow Meow Beenz, Bear Down, GI Jeff and Advanced D&D?

Somebody made a video of all of Community's movie references next to the scenes from the movies. Most of them were obvious at the time (Die Hard paintball) but some of them I never noticed.

Even though Chang was never as good after he was fired from spanish teacher, he might have had the two lines that made me laugh the hardest in Season 5 in the Pierce lie detector episode.

"What's up N-Bombs? How was the funeral? Awesome?"

"Benjamin Franklin Chang. Ready to deal out the truth. Nothing to hide. Let's do this."
Asked if he ever masturbated in the study room.
Proceeds to take off lie detector and leaves study room quietly.

Chang's best moment was the Bear Down for Midterms.

I was able to look past it because it's such a great show, but did anyone else question why Jeff stuck around?

It was early on that his former boss (played by Drew Carey) offered him a job as a consultant. That plus his graduation should have had him set up pretty well at his former job before his boss gets eaten by sharks and Alan becomes the head of the law firm.

Maybe I should just take MST3K's advice and just relax about the logic?
