Conversations with a Killer: John Wayne Gacy

Watched the Gacy documentary after the Dahmer film was released--I'd recommend it for anyone looking into something similar...
He was caught because he lured 15-year-old Robert Piest to his house from the pharmacy where he worked and his co-worker knew Gacy had seen him last. He would handcuff, rape and torture them then kill them and bury them in his crawlspace. Poor kid.

Watched that recently. The guy was an even bigger narcissist than I previously thought. Blaming anyone and everyone except himself for his horrific crimes.

Gacy I think Denied guilt until his death, which is ducking insane.
There were escaped victims who testified and bodies buried under his house.
He was killing his own employees.
It’s wild how long he got away with it.

You should listen to the podcast “The Clown and the Candyman” It will blow your mind and you can thank me later.

Dean Corll was probably even more sadistic than Gacy.

Watched it a few weeks ago. Good series. He was a bastard.

I watched the TV series on discovery+ based on the podcast. The rolodex is mindblowing, and I don't think I've seen it discussed anywhere else.

He looks way older than 15.

I watched it earlier this summer. Gacy was so full of himself. Even when he had police officers/detectives following him everywhere he went he still didn't think he could be caught. He was cocky enough to invite detectives into his house, which ultimately led to the discovery of the bodies.
