Seasons 1-4 are some of the best TV i've ever watched. Season 5 starts to suck, and i honestly thought season 6 is downright terrible.

I don't think I ever saw the first season, but it was strange to see Troy and Annie in the jock roll and an Adderall addict. Is NBC going to allow this show to stay on Netflix once the have there streaming channel up and running?

Rewatch them again. Both seasons are good and find their footing after the first few episodes. If you don’t tear at the finale then you don’t have a soul.

Glover was deffinitly a huge hole left in the show, but Chevy was a cancer that needed to go by the end of it.
His character was exhausting and a big reason why the show dipped during the gas leak season. He hated the writing, the writing hated him, the character became terrible. There is a weight lifted off the show when he finally leaves

I’m not sure if NBC still has exclusive rights to it still. Since it was on a different network at one point.
Netflix usually signs these shows up for streaming for at least a year. And that’s an agreement you can’t go back on until the contracts toll

Just hit the Abed as Batman episodes. That’s when their chemistry really locked in

You're telling me you didn't laugh every time Chevy was blatantly racist or called Jeff gay?
I also think I hated the last couple seasons because John Oliver was all over the place (i think he is the opposite of funny). And Jonathan Banks character was an awful choice for this show. He didn't have chemistry with any character whatsoever.

Not when it turned into a zero note joke that was only used to turn the audience against his character.
He went from kooky old guy trying to keep up with the times into a character that was actually just an a-hole that the rest of the cast had to deal with (on the show and IRL)

Disagree. He was great in the floor is lava episode. That whole episode is amazing. He was a great straight man character for a show that had gone a bit off the rails with so many quirky characters

Yeah they almost Britta'd it. I'm sure Dan couldn't have imagined Jeff/Annie in the beginning.
