Coming 2 America will be streaming exclusively on Amazon Prime Video for Amazon Prime subscribers around the world. Previously the film had been set to release in theaters, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Paramount Pictures sold the film to Amazon for a digital release.

because I didn't think they worked like that. last I checked it was a year membership only?

You may be able to rent it from Amazon.
Also, not sure how it works for non-prime customers but as a Prime member if you delay a shipment they will sometimes offer free bucks that I believe can be used on rentals. We racked up a few if we try to time a shipment for when one of us will normally be home

I didn't know this. Thanks. I remember ordering from Amazon and getting the fast shipping promo and a large one time annual Prime charge. Then they moved month to month but I thought it was an annual contract?
