Frick yeah! I loved season 1. Definitely my favorite new show last year. My wife even got me a Cobra Kai shirt for Christmas.

Unlike the actual movies Johnny is the intended star of the show. No way he is a full on villian.

OMG....this is one of the biggest surprises I have experienced in years. The first season was insanely good for a guy my age (50).

He has always come off as a huge cry baby and always bailed out by Mr. Miyagi.
Yes I get this is a tv show. But you have Johnny using karate to change his life and you have Daniel using karate as a way to bask in his glory years of a high school student and stop the dojo that he wanted to be a part of.
Daniel doesn't represent anything that Mr. Miyagi taught him which makes him a bad student. Mr. Miyagi never used or taught karate to win a tourney but that is what Daniel is doing.
Robbie also was a huge tool and Sam got to be very annoying. So how is the ex dorky wanna be popular girl going to handle the dojo with a loser like Robby.
Miguel is a bad arse and hope he and that new chick whoop Sam's and Robby's arse
