CBS Sunday Night Movies with retro graphics and music

Did anyone watch Raiders of the Lost Ark tonight on CBS?
The network used a modernized version of its 70s/early 80s intro music, as well as the classic graphics. Morgan Freeman did the voiceover.
Example of classic graphics and music
Other Sunday movies this month on CBS will be Forrest Gump, Mission:Impossible, Titanic and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

It was weird, you used to wait all week for a real movie on Cable television.
Sunday Night was appointment television. I remember ABC more.

ABC definitely showed the better movies.
It was disappointing that the music intro tonight was rather short.
I used to love watching the CBS Late Movie in the summer.

See I don't remember that...
But I remember this...
ABC Sunday Night movie
And it's the same year as the CBS one...and they basically just copied each other's intros. Stars, stars everywhere.

Ahh yes, the star tunnel intro.
Oddly enough, the only time I remember the music for this being usurped was for... Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Rewatching that old ABC intro, I sort of just realized...
I think John Tesh ripped it off years later when he "wrote" the NBA on NBC intro.

The ABC versions of Superman 1 & 2 back in the 80's had the extra scenes you couldn't see on VHS copies.

For some reason I remember the graphics and opening of the ABC Friday night movie the best. I recall it mostly for the Bond movies being shown. Probably in the mid 70's though. Would have been hard to tear me away from the Hulk. Wonder Woman, and the Dukes of Hazard otherwise.
