I now have the beach club episodes on in the background. David is tickling the ivory.
Then they do a late night poker game and apparently Dylan needs gamblers anonymous at the age of 16. He walks in and Brandon tells him he wants no part of this game - Dylan says "Deal me in". Then loses to David. The place then gets robbed and they all blame Dylan thinking he did it to settle up gambling losses.
Looking back I then realized that Kelly got:
Raped
Shot
Burned
Joined a Cult
Stalked and attempted murder by roommate
Addicted to blow
Pretty sure an AIDS scare was involved at some point

Paramount Plus has every episode.
Brandon is now trying to buy a car but Jim won't help. So some rich dude at the club takes in Brandon and offers to buy him a car. Brandon thinks the guy is awesome then realizes he is cheating on his wife and is conflicted.
Also Andrea is now dating a "staunch" Republican and conflicted. She also got smoked by a car in an earlier episodes.

I still remember the scene where the psycho stalker tried to make herself look like Kelly and stood in front of the bathroom mirror saying “I’m Kelly Taylor.”
The series followed a formula pretty consistently; a character started showing signs of some problem as a minor storyline in one episode, the problem became the focus of the next episode, and was resolved in the episode after that.
I always felt sorry for the actor who was David’s best friend in the first few episodes. I guess they decided to cut him in real life so his character went to spend the summer with family in OK. He came back a few episodes later a total gun nut and (I think) ended up shooting himself.
