He used a nine/eight person alliance to make it through the chaos early on. The six turning on the three outsiders bought Jackson time to go under the radar. By the time the six folded, they had made it into the jury portion and Jackson had the numbers (Cliff, Nicole) and won the HOHs (him and Holly) to survive. The last half of the season the only real competition to Jackson and Holly in any physical or endurance comp was Tommy.
He doesn’t get enough credit for this. He was a leader in a dominant alliance. That alliance turned on him for no reason. While he was the biggest target in the house, he formed another alliance that all made final 4, including his showmance, and all the people who turned on him are sitting in jury.

I’m relatively new to BB, season 17 maybe. Nicole winning would be the biggest underdog winning ever, right?
Realistically it’s going to be a power couple though in the final 2. That’d be another first too I suspect

Obvoiusly there's 1-3 real stunners every year but man she is a knockout. It helps that, unlike analyse, she also seems pretty cool and funny.
Yeah she grew on me. Thought she was too made up and looked fake in the preshow pictures, but she is fire.
And yes very cool. Still can’t touch Jess the GOAT, but she is up there imo.

I don’t remember the earlier seasons as well as a lot of the experts on here, but I’d think she would be up there with Ian as far as underdogs winning.
Hell, Josh might be the biggest actually. I’d have never thought he had a shot. Nicole and Ian at least seemed somewhat intelligent and knew the game. I still think Josh is a fricking moron and clown.
But both Ian and Josh won mainly due to bitter juries against someone who ran the game.
Sound familiar??
Congrats Nicole

Jordan in BB11 was an underdog. She didn’t start winning until the end, then finished by winning final HOH and took the skank Natalie to final 2.

Jackson may have been cast as the dominant alpha male, but he is far from being a dominant alpha male. He allowed Jack to lead him around(they were never equals in the bromance) and bullied women all season.
Additionally, his character flaws and personal demons forced production to give him special treatment, which gave him an unfair advantage. Even the last veto he would have lost had production not given him hints during the challenge. Finally, he has all these comp wins but majority of them seem to be against an old man, women and Tiny Tim.
By nature he is a follower, weak minded and abusive towards women. None of those are dominant alpha male traits. More like he is a giant pussy and a huge phony, which viewers see thru and is precisely why he gets so much hate. He is not true to himself because he projects an image that is an exact opposite of who he is to the core. If he were a true alpha, such as Cody, he would probably be universally loved and considered a BB great.
Something tells me his momma must have found TD and has begun posting her son's virtues or else we have the president of his fan club in our midst.

I've seen people post this several times but what exactly happened? I'm sure it's somewhere in this thread but could someone give me a rundown on what the story is here?

I’ve seen it mentioned on other forums but what the hell did Bella do to production for them to shite all over her without giving a damn?

I completely agree.
For Nick to just be flaunting his and Kat’s relationship with no regard to how he left things with Bella, and CBS not addressing it, is just weird.
And if I was single, I’d be sure to get around Kat at some point because she seems very willing to mingle with anyone within arms reach
Zero percent chance her and Jack didn’t frick all over that house before Sis got there
And then she just stepped aside and waited for the next warm body. Same as she did with Jackson.
She seems like that rare breed of woman that is actually good with no strings attached.
I’m a fan

Meh. They were a fling like kids have at summer camp, it meant nothing and would obviously not go the distance just like 99% of bb showmances. If they wanted to play up this development as being shitty, they should equally play up the shittiness of Bella actually having a legit boyfriend irl before coming into the house..

I don’t disagree, but in his goodbye message to Bella he literally said “I would choose you 100 times out of 100” and something in her native language like you are my eternity or something and can’t wait to meet your parents.
It’s definitely a storyline.
I’ll be shocked if it isn’t addressed at the live finale.

In a season with not much to get excited about, I’m looking forward to JC, Kayce and Tyler discussing the final three tomorrow night.

people can hate on Jackson all they want for whatever reasons they want, but at the end of the day he played the game the best this season. he dominated the competitions, social game, and carried his girlfriend to the final three.
he won't win however because of a bitter / SJW infested jury, but he deserves it.

I have come to the conclusion over the years that the winner always deserves to win, whether I agree or not. Jury management is a huge part of the game. If the house fills up with people who would rather vote for Hitler than you then you failed at playing the best game, even if you win every single competition you play in.
If one fails to get the votes necessary to win it is impossible to argue they played the best game given the particular cast. They might have gotten my vote and they may have gotten yours but those aren't the votes they are playing for. The one wildcard one can argue against this is production's help. It certainly exists and is fair game for an argument, in this case, nobody can argue production was against Jackson this season.
