L6 taking anybody to final 4 except other L6 members is a mistake. Can't mess around and let Sam or JC get into final 2.
However, it will make for better tv if somebody besides Sam and Hay go home tomorrow.

Brett was screwed regardless. What's the difference being evicted at 4 vs 5/6? The only way he stands a chance to win is if he somehow starts winning comps. At least he is thinking about how to win and is trying to get himself there.

What’s funny is that Tyler and Kaycee are acting incensed about Brett’s suggestion when their plan all along has been to consider Brett and JC expendable.
Their reaction should be “oh, guess he figured out what’s up.”

Their plan for f4 doesn't matter considering they have always considered Brett expendable. Being f4 is pointless unless you set yourself up to win, which Brett has not done.
