BB Carrot Cupcakes:
Makes 12 Cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350(I think that is what she said)
Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners
In one bowl mix:
1.5 cups of flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of raisins
Wash and shred 2 cups worth of carrots into a bowl
In a separate bowl mix:
Half a cup of applesauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups shredded carrots
Then mix both bowls of ingredients together(may have missed a step due to MOTHER frickING FISH)
Place mix in cupcake tin
Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes
Let cool and ice with cream cheese icing of choice
