I asked that question a few pages back, and I don't think anyone answered. I really don't think there is a twitter feed that actually includes timestamps.
Jokers is the only one I know to use because even if they don't include the actual timestamp (which they do sometimes), their posts are according to BBT, so you can go to the time they made the posts and then just rewind it back with the 1 min rewind function until you find it. Reddit also has live feeds summaries that usually includes timestamps.

Big Brother Daily is also a good twitter feed for updates, there is just no timestamps.

One thing I've never heard an explanation for is, why do the feeds go down for ceremonies when we find out what happened right after anyway?

So where would the votes land if she renoms rachel? At this point would Haleigh & Bayleigh vote to keep Rachel over Kaitlyn? I'm guessing the for sure votes would be Brett, Angela, KC, Tyler & probably JC (although for some reason JC low key hates Rachel) to evict Kaitlyn; and Fessy, Angie & Scottie to evict Rachel.
If Haleigh and Bayleigh bite the bullet and decided to keep Kaitlyn, then that means Sam has to break the tie. But Haleigh told Angela last night that her and Bayleigh want Kaitlyn out, and since they can't do it themselves, this is their opportunity to do it. But I think once Sam lets it be known that whoever is evicted will have a chance to comeback into the house, Haleigh and Bayleigh would be idiots to vote her out since they need her as a number if she's going to come back.

Because they want to incentivize the feedsters to watch the tv show because even though we know the outcome, we don't see the actual reactions or speeches. Take the veto ceremony when the bros were up. We all knew Brett said something that pissed Kaitlyn off, but we didn't know what exactly he said other than he mocked her visions. When they showed it on the show, I think it turned out to be funnier than what most people were expecting.
