So if she really did break her foot, and is in a cast & crutches, would production allow her to stay in the house? I know they let Bridgette continue with a sprained ankle, but would they allow someone on crutches to continue in the game?

They did in survivor. They just made them have to sit out of certain comps.

Yeah I'm guessing that meant production told them she can come back next year. She'd be out of the house for too long if surgery is required (which seems all but guaranteed if it's as bad as Cody said).
