Paul wants Jess gone so yes. She is the target. Josh wants Elena gone but sheep will follow Paul.

Josh said he wants Elena out now because it could be the only chance to get her out.. Josh is stupid because Elena will not win a competition all year and at the drop of a hat Elena will go on the block every week. Josh was chosen by production for the show because he has no brain.

Elena has been rubbing people the wrong way because she is a spoiled brat and when things don't go her way, she pouts and throws a fit. That's only going to get worse.
