Late news update but worthy of a bump.
Adam and Shelly are replacement nominees, Rach and Jordan considering keeping shelly since she's so awful at comps and cleans everyday. Adam is just...dunno. Doesn't really matter who gets evicted this week because it's not that big of a loss to lose dead weight.

If Adam was on their side before, why wouldn't they just cut the head off of Shelly now, allign with Adam, and then get the eater and the consummate floater out?

Because they know that Adam could potentially beat people in the house in the final 2 voting.
Shelly isn't beating ANYONE left in the house.

Shelly actually has a chance to win IF she went against Adam in the final 2.
As of right now, Adam is the best final 2 partner. Noone would lose to him. He's a nice guy but a very weak player in every way.

I still think they keep Adam. Shelly could have some good arguments to the jury on why she should win. Too dangerous.

I'm leaning towards agreeing with this. Adam has already shown he'll go where the numbers are so if Shelly is gone, then it's Jordan, Rachel, Adam, and Kalia playing for HOH on Thursday. I think they could sway Adam to join them again and have the numbers. Also, if Shelly does leave, ANYONE left in the house could beat Adam in the final 2. The only competition he has won is the Veto that was thrown in order for him to win and his social game has been below subpar. The only crappy thing would be if he does get to final 2, he wins $50,000 for doing nothing...

Everyone in the house right now is asleep except rachel and shelly.
Shelly is talking to rachel trying to get her to agree to keep her instead of Adam.
Shelly has told rachel that if she did somehow win hoh this next week (assuming they keep her), that she will nominate Porsche and Kahlia instead of Jordan and Rachel.
Shelly said that Rachel could hold the diamond ring that her parents gave her and that she could keep it if she broke her word about the nominations.

Note to self: If I'm ever on a reality show I'm brining in a fake "family heirloom" for use in just such an occasion. That way maybe I can buy my safety and still not give a crap if I lose it.

Shelly is just good at going where the power is or might be and convincing them to keep her.
So she convinces them to keep her. Hold my ring ha! Shelly is smart enough to know she would not have to win HOH next week and not pick nominations. If Jordan and Rachel keep her this week they will go after Kalia next.

You know this last stunt that they (production) pulled with this pairs crap is just so blatantly rigged, that it is just pathetic.
Now for Shelley, I don’t care if you like her or don’t but I can guarantee you that if it were you or me in there playing for a half million dollars and could not win a comp, you and I would have been lying, cheating, stealing, or whatever it would take to make it to the end. This is what it’s about. Jeff has lied and turned on people and even Jordan has lied and is going to turn on Adam next week. Only difference is that she got caught. Everyone keeps talking about jury votes but if you don’t make it to the finals, it doesn’t matter anyway.

I think shelly was a good player actually. Socially at least because she never won a comp.
Had she just told jeff what the deal was, I think it would have been fine. Shelly could have been "Jeff and Jordan, I love you but I don't think I can win any money if I keep playing with you guys."
She had already decided that she wasn't playing with them and J/J already knew it. They would have respected the game enough to not take it personally. It was just the way she did it that really pissed them off.
