Mind writing a synopsis of the movie? I haven't even heard of it?
BTW, in honor of our fallen compadre, I wrote this
Synopsis- bunch of guys going big wave surfing. Movie isnt really well respected by the surfer community. A little too cheesey but good surfing shots.
Yeah I have seen that before...Blee Dat

Okay. Well if all good film is religious, then we should just have a debate over the 10 best films of all time.
AFI says it's Citizen Kane.
Is Citizen Kane religious? According to your rationale, yes. Rosebud clearly symbolizes God in Citizen Kane. I mean, duh!

I've never seen Citizen Cane; one of those movies I want to save for when I'm in a really depressed mood.

If you liked Jesus Camp, you have to see the doc Marjoe.
It's a real-life documentary about a pentecostal kid (named by his parents Marjoe, short for Mary & Joseph) raised as a 4 year old preacher going from tent to tent/revival-to-revival and now he is all grown up going from church to church/revival-to-revival just to make a boatload of money before he outs himself with the documentary release.
Does fake talking in tongues & holy rollin' dancin' on cue. He's openly counting his money on the bed after a service and laughing, and has chicks & other partiers celebrating with him. Very enlightening and makes Leap of Faith look like ultra weak fiction, which it is.
EDIT: Here's the whole movie: MARJOE

I'm pretty sure Big Kahuna hasn't been mentioned, but it's definitely a religious movie.

The Exorcist is my number one all time favorite movie. You could call it a Religious, Drama and Horror movie all in one.

Are you saying Jesus Christ cant hit a curveball?
I have to nominate Major League into this mix.
